Fimpology is a novel discipline in the life sciences; and The Journal of Theoretical Fimpology is an academic literature-based theoretical research journal. The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") constitute a legal agreement between you and Cory H. E. R. & C. Inc. (The full name is Cory Human Ecohealth Research & Consulting Inc. or simply called "Coryeco"), which rules your use of "www.fimpology.com" ("Service"). Please read this document carefully before accessing and using the content at the web site of www.fimpology.com ("Web Site", the domain name was created by Cory Human Ecohealth Research & Consulting Inc. in March of 2013 and have be owned by Cory Human Ecohealth Research & Consulting Inc. since then).

Section B. Payment and Refunds Terms
1. You acknowledge and understand that Coryeco uses third parties to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
2. Your valid credit card is required for the payment for your purchasing any digital file from the Web Site via a live payment gateway.
3. You acknowledge, understand and agree that payment for purchasing digital files, such as PDF files or HTML files from the Web Site is non-refundable.

1. Cory H. E. R. & C. Inc. has the intellectual property rights and ownership over all content in the Web Site.

You acknowledge, understand and agree that any portion of digital products that you purchased or downloaded free from the Web Site is not allowed to be reproduced, duplicated, copied, re-sold, re-distributed, published, licensed, transmitted, and displayed for any purpose without the express written permission by Coryeco.
